Suspect Arrested After Fatal Stabbing On RTD Bus
DENVER (CBS4) - A suspect has been arrested after a fatal stabbing on a Regional Transportation District bus Tuesday afternoon.
The stabbing occurred an RTD stop near West Colfax Avenue and Federal Boulevard in Denver.
Other passengers said the stabbing followed an argument.
"We heard a lot of loud screaming and fighting and arguing, and the next thing you know, I guess one of the guys that was riding the bus had gotten stabbed," a witness said. "So the bus driver then pulled over here at the stop and just told everybody they they've got to get off the bus."
Police haven't released any details about the suspect.
The transfer center for buses had to be closed as police investigated.
The victim's name hasn't been released.
