BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. (CBS4) – The 140th Wing of the Colorado Air National Guard has a new commander at Buckley Air Force Base.

The change of command ceremony took place Sunday. Brig. Gen. Trulan Eyre relinquished command to his vice wing commander, Col. Floyd Dunstan.

“Today we face many challenges – continued threat to our nation, tightening budgets, aging equipment, new missions – the list goes on and on,” Dunstan said. “In facing these challenges I ask you to never lose focus of our mission.”

Dunstan has served as the vice wing commander for the past two years.
