Aurora Police Search For 'Montview Miscreants'
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Aurora are searching for brazen thieves who have been dubbed the "Montview Miscreants" because they are targeting stores located in the 11000 block of E. Montview Blvd.
Police say two black teens enter a store wearing hoodies with their faces covered with bandanas and often wear white latex gloves.
They have aggressive behavior and carry large firearms. Police believe the gun may be a .308 Win H&K 91 Style Rifle.
They demand money from the cash register and grab cigarettes and other smoking items on their way out of the store.

They run away and often travel through alleys. Police believe they live close to the stores they are robbing.
They have hit at least five stores in the past three months in the same general area. Police believe the cases are linked because of the similarities.
Anyone with information on the robberies is asked to call Aurora Police.
