CBS4's Whitney Helps Kick Off Fundraiser For Easter Seals & Special Olympics

DENVER (CBS4) - CBS4 forecaster Lauren Whitney found time to get a little grocery shopping in on Tuesday morning, and it was all for a good cause.

Whitney stopped by the Safeway at 14th and Krameria for the sixth annual bagging competition to help kick off the month-long fundraiser for Easter Seals and Special Olympics.

Whitney was teamed up with Hannah, who is a Special Olympics competitor.

"We were on fire!" Whitney said on CBS4 News at Noon on Tuesday. "Hannah is awesome. She's a very fun young girl."
