Denver Home Prices At Highest Level Since 2007

DENVER (CBS4) - New numbers show sharply rising prices for homes in the Denver area.

Prices are at their highest level since fall of 2007. They jumped 9.2 percent from January 2012 to this past January. It's the biggest year to year spike since before the recession.

The median price is now $250,000.
