DENVER (CBS4) – Coloradans may soon be able to carry one less piece of paper in their car’s glove box.
A bill allowing drivers to store their proof of insurance on their phone is on its way to the governor’s desk.
Many insurance companies have apps that verify coverage, and it’s already law in many other states.
The current paper slips would still be accepted.
