DENVER (CBS4) – Denver prosecutors have filed charges against a woman in the death of her 4-month-old son.

Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney’s office said Taylor Bush, 22, is charged with child abuse resulting in death.

Prosecutors said Bush called 911 last week to report that her son, Jomei Johnson, stopped breathing. It was later determined he had a skull fracture and bleeding in the brain. The charge alleges that Bush caused the fatal injuries.

Bush remains in jail under a $100,000 bond. She’s scheduled in court on Tuesday to be advised of the charges.
