BROOMFIELD, Colo. (CBS4)- No one was hurt when a plane had problems taking off at Rocky Mountain Metro Airport and slid off the runway Friday afternoon.
The plane finally came to a stop on its nose in a grassy area.
The plane is an old WWII replica with Navy insignia.
No one was injured and the damage to the plane seemed minor.
Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport is located in Broomfield.
