Littleton Police Interrupt Burglary, Suspect Arrested

LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Littleton interrupted a burglary in progress and arrested the suspect.

Officers rushed to a home in the 2400 block of W. Jamison Way on March 5 on a call of a burglary in progress.

A 19-year-old female called 911 to report an unknown person that had entered the family home.

The suspect was arrested as he walked outside from the back of the home.

He was identified as Kristopher Gregg. Gregg, 30, is a transient and has no known address.

A car associated with Gregg was located and determined to be stolen. Inside the vehicle police found packages that appeared to have been stolen from the porches of residences in the neighborhood.

Gregg was booked into the Arapahoe County Detention Center on charges of second degree burglary, aggravated motor vehicle theft and theft.
