DENVER (Denver Business Journal) – City and Denver International Airport officials said Tuesday they are still planning for an inaugural Denver-Tokyo flight on May 12, despite the ongoing investigation into the design of the new 787 Dreamliner airplane that will fly the route.
“It’s exciting that we’ll very soon be landing in Japan,” said Denver Mayor Michael Hancock in remarks at the annual State of DIA luncheon on Tuesday.
