DENVER (CBS4) – A man accused in a hit-and-run that seriously injured three people has been formally charged.
Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney’s office said Larry Vo, 26, has been charged with three counts of vehicular assault and one count of leaving the scene of an accident.
“The charges allege that on March 3 at about 2 a.m. Vo drove through a parking lot near Mississippi Avenue and Federal Boulevard at a high rate of speed and collided with four people, injuring three of them seriously,” Kimbrough said in a statement.
Vo was released from custody on a $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court to be formally advised of the charges.
