MILNER, Colo. (CBS4) – An off-duty Routt County sheriff deputy has been arrested and faces charges of a DUI.

Police say Jesse Lee McAvoy crashed his car in Milner. He also faces charges of careless driving and possessing a weapon under the influence of alcohol.

McAvoy has been placed on paid leave.
