North Metro Cities Want Residents To Think About Water Conservation Early
ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) - It may only be the beginning of March but the north metro cities want residents to think about conserving water now.
Arvada, Federal Heights, Northglenn, Thornton, Westminster and Broomfield are getting out the message early, especially reminding residents not to turn on sprinklers too early.
Leaving lawns dormant until May saves a significant amount of water, but do give trees a drink if dry weather continues.
