BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – The Boulder City Council will meet on Tuesday to tackle recreational marijuana laws.

The city attorney is still recommending a ban on stores that would sell recreational pot.

Supporters of Amendment 64 say banning the stores would go against the wishes of Boulder voters that support legal pot.
