Police Look For Suspects After Shooting In Lakewood
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - Police are searching for suspects in a shooting at an apartment building in Lakewood.
The shooting happened at approximately 9:30 a.m. at the 12th Avenue Apartments near 12th and Yarrow. That's in the area near Jefferson County Open School, and it was on lock-out for a short period of time.
Police in Lakewood told CBS4 the man who was shot is in critical condition, and that they are looking for a large tan SUV.
A Lakewood police spokesman said it wasn't clear how many times the victim was shot.
Police said there's a possibility the shooting may have been related to some sort of domestic situation.
