BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – A judge in Boulder is allowing a man suspected of peeping at women from inside the tank of a porta-potty to change his plea.

Luke Chrisco initially pleaded guilty, but now the judge is allowing him to plead not guilty by reason of insanity.

Chrisco was arrested two years ago after a woman at a yoga festival spotted someone in the tank.
