NEW YORK (CBS4) – A prominent Aspen real estate broker has been accused of sexual assault.

A woman accused Keith Hartigan of raping her last week at an upscale New York City hotel.

Hartigan denies the allegations and says he’s been “slandered” by the claims.

Hartigan was arrested and charged.
