CORTEZ, Colo. (CBS4) – A mule is once again walking on solid ground after being pulled from a mud hole.
The 30-year-old mule name “Two Bit Loretta Lou” waded into a mud hole near her corral in rural Cortez and her legs got sucked into the muck.
Firefighters worked quickly to pull the mule out with help from a tractor. She needed a cover over her head to keep her calm.
