BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – A man accused of peeping from inside portable toilets has asked a judge to change his plea to not guilty by reason of insanity.

Luke Chrisco, 31, is facing eight felony counts of burglary and invasion of privacy. Police arrested him in Boulder in 2011 when women at a yoga festival spotted him hiding inside the port-a-potty tank.

Chrisco is also accused of peeping at women inside bathrooms on the University of Colorado campus and at Boulder businesses.
