Golden Police Ask For Help Identifying Bank Robber

GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Golden are asking for help in identifying a bank robber.

The man walked into the US Bank located at 1801 Jackson Street just after 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police said the robber demanded money from the clerk in a threatening way. No weapon was seen during the robbery.

The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money and is believed to have run away from the bank.

The suspect is described as a white man at least 6 feet tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black winter hat, red bandana and sunglasses.

He also wore a white T-shirt and an old faded light-pink hoodie with some type of motorcycle emblem on the back, black athletic-style pants with a thin white trim.

The robber is believed to be between 20-40 years old.
