DENVER (CBS4) – Denver police have arrested a man who has been dubbed the “Mr. Clean Bandit.”

Police on Monday released a mug shot of Eddie Nelson from a previous arrest and hoped somebody would recognize him and alert police to his whereabouts. One Wednesday police released a statement thanking the media for carrying the story and that an arrest was made.

According to police, on Jan. 15, at approximately 5 p.m. a man who police believe is Nelson entered the Dependable Cleaners located at 2040 East 18th Avenue and demanded money at knife point.
