Longmont Police Search For Perfume Theft Suspects
LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Longmont are searching for a group that steals dozens of bottles of perfume.
Three women and one man appear to be working together to steal a large volume of perfume and cologne.
Police said on Thursday the group stole approximately 50 fragrance items, including perfume and cologne from the Longmont Super Target store located at 551 S. Hover Street.
The group then went to the Ulta Beauty store located at 210 Ken Pratt Blvd. also in Longmont where they stole another large group of fragrance items.
An employee at that store tried to intervene and was assaulted by the male suspect.
All four suspects got into a silver-colored coupe, possibly a Pontiac Sunfire, and drove away. Police have provided surveillance photos of the suspects from the Super Target store.
Several thousand dollars of merchandise was stolen from each store.
Police in Longmont are searching for the suspects who could be facing several charges including felony theft, robbery and conspiracy.
