DENVER (CBS4) – A Denver man accused of killing his business partner and dumping his body has been convicted of second-degree murder.

It was the second trial for Joong Rhee alleging that he killed Hae C. Park in 2010. Rhee’s original trial ended in a hung jury last September.

Rhee and Park were in business together. Prosecutors claimed they had an argument and Rhee murdered Park and then got rid of his body along Interstate 70 in Utah.
