DENVER (CBS4) – Three people are now charged with several counts of attempted murder and assault in last week’s shooting of a Denver police officer.
Prosecutors say Chuck Montoya, Jude Montoya and Michael Valdez led police on a chase that ended in North Denver last Wednesday.
Sgt. Robert Motika was wounded in the shoulder during the pursuit. Police shot and killed another suspect.
