Student Arrested, Classes To Resume At Bruce Randolph School
DENVER (CBS4) - A student at Bruce Randolph School was arrested Thursday after classes there were canceled following a bomb threat.
Officials at Bruce Randolph School, located at 40th and Steele in the Clayton Neighborhood, were made aware of the bomb threat on Wednesday and contacted Denver police.
In order for police to investigate, officials called off all classes and activities for the day.
Officials so far haven't said what charges the student faces, or what grade he or she is in. The school has students in grades 6-12.
The school will reopen on Friday.
"Security and police have determined there is no ongoing threat to the school," school officials wrote in a prepared statement.
