Wind Flips Small Plane During Takeoff At Erie Municipal Airport
ERIE, Colo. (CBS4) - There was a close call for two people at the Erie Municipal Airport on Sunday afternoon.
The pilot and passenger were getting ready to take off when a big gust of wind flipped their small plane. The plane ended up on its roof with some propeller and tail damage.
The pilot and the passenger were turned around but not injured.
