3 People Held In Aurora After Woman Is Murdered

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Aurora police are investigating an early morning homicide at an apartment complex.

The shooting death happened in the parking lot outside the building, located in the 10700 block of E. Exposition Ave., just east of Havana on Exposition.

Officials with Aurora police said a woman was shot and died after being taken to the hospital. They said three suspects are in custody.

Police said a neighbor heard arguing and then shots fired around 1:25 a.m.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the crime, but they said there are no suspects at large at this time.
