DENVER (CBS4) – The big news this week in sports is coming from Oprah Winfrey. It’s her one-on-one interview with disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong in which he reportedly comes clean about doping.

At this point, it’s still not clear what Armstrong told Oprah. Only dribs, drabs, teases and promos have been released. It’s all a part of making people watch Oprah’s two-night interview.

CBS4 Critic at Large Greg Moody has been following cycling for years and has even written several novels on the topic. He offered his insight into Armstrong’s world that seems to be falling apart.

“So we know what’s in it for her, but after years of doubting and believing and ignoring and cheering and covering my eyes with Lance, I’ve got to wonder, what’s in it for him? Because he doesn’t do anything that’s not in his best interest,” Moody said.
