Weld County To Vote On Restricting Marijuana
GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4) - Weld County is looking to restrict the sale and growing of marijuana.
County commissioners will vote Monday on banning marijuana farms, facilities and shops in unincorporated areas.
The proposed change to Amendment 64 would not restrict the private use of marijuana, just the growing and sale of it.
The ban would not apply to cities such as Greeley and Evans.
