COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – A psychologist in Colorado Springs is accused of sexually assaulting one of her patients.

Dr. Janice Husted was counseling a veteran relating to his combat deployments. They developed a romantic relationship — and she told him he had to keep the relationship a secret.

Investigators found out, and now Husted is charged with felony sexual assault on a client by a psychotherapist.
