ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) – U.S. Postal Inspectors have released a sketch of a suspect in the armed robbery of a letter carrier.
The robbery happened in Englewood on Dec. 24 at approximately 6:30 p.m. at the corner of West Dartmouth Avenue and South Delaware Street.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with a noticeable Spanish accent, 35 to 40 years old, approximately 5-foot-9 with a thin build. He also has a tattoo on the left side of his neck.
Another robbery occurred on Dec. 17 in Denver when a letter carrier was robbed at knife-point near 22nd Avenue and Oneida Street. A reward of up to $50,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest in either robbery.
