DENVER (AP/CBS4) – The Denver Broncos gave fans in Colorado and surrounding states the first crack at playoff tickets and they sold out in 9 minutes on Monday.
The tickets went on sale Monday at noon through Ticketmaster. The team said tickets were only available to people with billing addresses in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, Montana, South Dakota and western Kansas.
Tickets won’t be for sale at the Broncos’ ticket office until Wednesday, if there are any left.
Tickets range from $60 to $200 for reserved seats and $175 to $425 for club seats.
Tickets are already showing up on Craigslist. One person was selling two tickets for $1,100.
The Broncos will host an AFC Divisional playoff game on Jan. 12 at 2:30 p.m. They secured the top seed in the playoffs on Sunday with their biggest win ever over the Kansas City Chiefs, their AFC West rivals.
