PARKER, Colo. (CBS4) – More charges have been filed against the man accused of sexually assaulting a boy in November at the Parker Recreation Center.
Corrin Cleveland, 19, faces five new charges after a new alleged victim came forward. The child told police during some of the assaults Cleveland would tie him up with duct tape and rope.
The new charges include sexual assault on a child and second-degree kidnapping.
