DENVER (CBS4) – The case against a Denver police officer accused of sexually assaulting a woman went the jury Monday afternoon.

The jury will deliberate the Hector Paez case first thing Tuesday morning.

A woman says Paez arrested her in 2010 on an outstanding warrant and then asked her to perform a sex act in exchange for letting her go.

The defense team for Paez says he took her to a secluded location to try and get information on drug dealers.
