BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Breckenridge have arrested a suspect wanted out of Colorado Springs for sexual assault on a child.
On Monday officers arrested Zachary T. Siegel, 22, after they were notified by the U. S. National Park Service Police in Grand Teton National Park, Wyo. that Siegel was in Breckenridge.
Officers were notified Siegel was at the Maggie Restaurant located 575 South Park Avenue.
“Online news accounts from Colorado Springs indicate that Siegel contacted a 12-year-old girl on the Internet, enticed her to send him nude pictures of herself, and eventually had sexual contact with her,” police said in a statement.
Siegel was booked into Summit County Jail on a $25,000 bond. He bonded out on Tuesday.
