Mother Of Missing Boy Takes Polygraph Test

DURANGO, Colo. (AP/CBS4) - The mother of a 13-year-old boy missing in southwestern Colorado for two weeks says she and her ex-husband have taken polygraph tests in an effort to help authorities find their missing child Dylan.

Elaine Redwine told CNN Headline News on Monday that she and Mark Redwine took lie detector tests and she says she passed, but authorities cannot release the results.

Dylan's father, Mark Redwine, reported him missing Nov. 19 from his house in the Vallecito area about 22 miles northeast of Durango. The father said he left the boy at home around while he ran errands.

A reward has now been offered for information in the case.

"We just haven't worked together very well through all of this," Elaine Redwine said about her and Dylan's father on CNN Headline News. "I've really tried to reach out to him, but people react differently, I guess.

She said finding her son is her primary focus.

"We need to get over anything that has occurred. We just need to find our son."

Dylan lives with his mother in Colorado Springs but was visiting his dad for Thanksgiving as part of a court order when he disappeared. Authorities do not believe he ran away.

On Tuesday morning the La Plata County Sheriff's Office said they are getting tips every day and are following up on all of them.
