City Council Gets Final Vote On Outdoor Smoking Pearl Street Mall
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Even outdoor smoking might soon be banned from Boulder's Pearl Street Mall.
The Boulder City Council on Tuesday evening will have its second and final vote on the plan to ban smoking along the popular four blocks.
The mayor says there has been almost no opposition to the proposal.
