2 At State Mental Health Institute Go To Hospital
PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) — Two patients at the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Pueblo have been taken to a hospital.
Institute officials say there was an incident between the two patients Wednesday morning that resulted in them being taken to a hospital, but they wouldn't release details.
Colorado Mental Health Institute Superintendent Bill May says the incident will be investigated, and procedures will be reviewed to determine whether changes need to be made to keep residents safe.
