New Navigation System At DIA To Help Make Traveling Smoother
DENVER (CBS4) - Denver International Airport hopes a new navigation system will make flights a little smoother.
The airport teamed up with Jeppesen Aviation and the Federal Aviation Administration to build a new navigation system. It will debut Dec. 3 and make flight arrivals and taxiing more efficient.
The new system will get passengers to the gate faster and reduce fuel consumption. It is also expected to make things easier for controllers and pilots.
