ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Adams County have arrested the suspected driver in a deadly hit and run that happened near 64th and Federal.

Roberto Silva-Jaques is in custody on investigation of first degree murder.

Police believe the Silva-Jaques, 39, was driving the vehicle that struck and killed a man early Friday morning.

It’s unknown if the two men knew each other.
