PARK COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – A man accused in a kidnapping case out of Georgia has been arrested in Colorado.
Michael Dempsey was arrested in Park County on Wednesday. The female victim was also found there. She was returned to her family in Georgia Thursday morning.
The age and name of the victim has not been released but investigators say she was in good condition.
