ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) – A concerned parent sent CBS4 an email asking to check out a disturbing story at the Apex Rec Center in Arvada.
CBS4 learned a 29-year-old man was arrested around 10 p.m. Monday for indecent exposure.
Police are not saying where in the center it happened or who saw him.
No other information has been released.
