BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – University of Colorado police announced on Tuesday that they have arrrested a man they believe is responsible for a series of thefts on several college campuses.
Raymond Hamilton, 26, of Denver, is not a CU student. Investigators believe he stole an iPad from the Visual Arts building on the Boulder campus in July and then sold it at a Lakewood pawn shop.
Police also think Hamilton might be responsible for stealing multiple laptops, wallets and purses from the Anschutz Medical Campus, from CU in Boulder and from the Colorado School of Mines during the month of October.
Hamilton also has several other active arrest warrants.
