DENVER (CBS4) – Many homes are selling for top dollar again in the Denver area because some neighborhoods have so many buyers competing for a limited number of homes.

So far this year single-family homes in the Denver area have sold for a median price of more than $278,000. That matches the median price seen in 2006 before the market tumbled.
