DENVER (CBS4) – Drivers will be paying more again next year to drive on the E-470 tollway.

Starting Jan. 1 tolls will go up 10 to 15 cents at mainline plazas and ramp tolls will increase by a nickel.

It’s the second year E-470 has put smaller toll increases in place every January instead of waiting three years for a larger increase.

Drivers with express toll tags will now pay between $2.35 and $2.60 at each toll plaza. Those without will pay about 20 percent more.
