THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4)- Cabela’s is one step closer to calling Colorado home.
Thornton’s mayor and other dignitaries grabbed shovels and scooped up dirt for the official groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday.
The 90,000 square foot store will be located in The Grove on the southeast quadrant of 144th Avenue and Interstate 25.
Cabela’s is an outdoor outfitter specializing in hunting, fishing, camping and outdoor gear.
There are plans to build another Cabela’s in Lone Tree.
