FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) — Authorities say a man was shot to death after firing a handgun at deputies in Larimer County.
The sheriff’s office says a woman called 911 just before midnight Friday to report that her ex-boyfriend had arrived at her Glacier View home, and she believed the man needed medical attention for an overdose.
Authorities say a deputy shot and killed the man after he fired once at the officers.
The man, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
