DENVER (CBS4) – Comcast customers in Denver lost television service Saturday morning after somebody apparently cut a fiber optic line.
Officials at Comcast confirmed all Denver customers were without television service but phone and Internet service was operating fine for some customers. About one-third of the customers had service restored by noon.
Comcast said they had crews working to restore service but it’s not clear how long it would take for repairs to be made.
Comcast wouldn’t confirm where the line was cut.
