ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – State troopers were working on cleaning up an asphalt spill that had closed some ramps on Interstate 25 on Saturday afternoon.
The semi rolled and spilled asphalt on westbound U.S. 36 at Broadway. That forced the closure of the ramp from northbound I-25 to westbound 36 and westbound I-270 was closed over I-25.
There were four vehicles involved in the incident. Troopers are investigating how it happened.
One person was taken to the hospital. That person’s condition isn’t known.
