MORRISON, Colo. (AP) – Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney and running mate Paul Ryan are scheduled to visit Colorado next week.
Ryan is scheduled to be at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction on Monday to watch Romney and President Barack Obama in their last presidential debate.
On Tuesday night, Romney will join Ryan for a rally at the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre, a day after early voting at polling places begins. Voting by mail is already under way.
Romney, Obama, their running mates and spouses have been busy visiting battleground states in the weeks leading up to Election Day. Though Obama won Colorado in 2008, Republicans have said they consider the state to be in play this time around.
Tickets for the Red Rocks rally are being distributed at Denver area campaign offices.
